The Beat-Herder
The Beat-Herder Festival will be our first full weekend event.
This year to be held near Gisburn in an idyllic corner of lovely Lancashire, overlooked by Pendle hill (directions are issued with the tickets, and will be displayed here a week before the event). This location is perfect for those sunny summer days. Lush green fields provide the camping and main areas, together with a magical woodland full of interesting little nooks and crannies.
Our background is in the free party scene. With first hand experience of both festival and club night orchestration, we have decided it’s time we had a go ourselves.
We aim to combine all the things we love, into a magical, musical weekend - like making things. Like dancing, like music, like happy people. Like putting our heart and soul into things, and like bringing people together. We want you to enjoy a festival you won't forget.
If you are familiar with the free party scene then you may recall party’s such as ‘wind turbine frolics’, the one where it lashed it down all night, but the smiles and dancing never ceased. Or perhaps you might know of the Toil Trees at Gisburn, a playground for big kids, with secret tunnels and rooms, the big white cube maze, buzzing bench, menthol mushroom and coconut shy. For those of you who know of us – you’ll know what to expect.
This is set to be one huge party (well it is a festival) and we want to massively thank everyone who is involved.
